Av\u0161ak u t\u011bch jednotlivc\u016f se ztr\u00e1tami je n\u00edzk\u00e1 diferencovatelnost, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 jednoduch\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzov\u00e9 pravidlo a vy se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee budou pou\u017eity speci\u00e1ln\u00ed optimaliz\u00e1tory, u kter\u00fdch nen\u00ed realistick\u00e9 m\u00edt nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed DL knihovny. \u010clenstv\u00ed z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na DL bude d\u00e1le vylep\u0161eno, kdy\u017e budou nastaveny diferencovateln\u00e9 aproximace s komplexn\u00edmi ztr\u00e1tami. Deformace se v syst\u00e9mu jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozd\u011bluj\u00ed, a proto zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na komponenty s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed deformac\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it p\u0159esnost nov\u00e9ho \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad poskytuje mo\u017enost vyhodnocen\u00ed R3 v rozmez\u00ed od vivo T2w MR a va\u0161eho p\u0159\u00edtele vivo T2w MR, proto\u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o stejnou zobrazovac\u00ed metodu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se atributy, jako je hranice nov\u00fdch bun\u011bk, vyb\u00edraj\u00ed mezi histologick\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi a blokov\u00fdmi sn\u00edmky pro kontrolu na R1. Hranice \u010derstv\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b v\u0161ak nen\u00ed in vivo MR identifikovateln\u00e1 (proto\u017ee tk\u00e1n\u011b jsou o\u0159\u00edznut\u00e9) a vzhled nov\u00fdch T2w MR sn\u00edmk\u016f v histologii nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt identifikovateln\u00fd. Na rozd\u00edl od v\u011bt\u0161iny ostatn\u00edch aplikac\u00ed je v tomto programu nemo\u017en\u00e9 hledat m\u00edsta, kter\u00e1 by korelovala mezi vivo MR a va\u0161\u00ed histologi\u00ed, proto m\u011b\u0159\u00edme osobn\u00ed stupe\u0148 registrace. Nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed registrovan\u00e9 dvojice sn\u00edmk\u016f tvo\u0159\u00ed u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd trojrozm\u011brn\u00fd MR-CT atlas s celkov\u00fdm obrazem, vhodn\u00fd pro v\u00fdvoj a vyhodnocen\u00ed nov\u00fdch MR-\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch metod \u00fapravy \u00fatlumu pro hybridn\u00ed sn\u00edmky ps\u016f\/MRI.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2\">MR-CT registrace v\u00edce atlas\u016f \u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 pln\u011b automatickou segmentac\u00ed mozkov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mce s CNN<\/h2>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/gamblersconnect.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/cryptoloko.png\" alt=\"P\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed star\u00e9 verze Gate777\" align=\"left\" border=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad Guo a kol. P\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 registrace v\u0161ak zvy\u0161uje spolehlivost registrace, komplikuje proces tr\u00e9ninku a souvis\u00ed se zobecnitelnost\u00ed modelu. Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, nekontrolovan\u00e9 registra\u010dn\u00ed postupy maj\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 standardy \u00farovn\u011b a zaru\u010duj\u00ed v\u00fdkon. Krom\u011b p\u0159esnosti mohou deformace zdroje tak\u00e9 poskytnout biomechanick\u00e9 vod\u00edtko a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zv\u00fd\u0161it proveditelnost oproti DL model\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Uvnit\u0159 chlop\u0148ov\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu umo\u017e\u0148uje tato metoda l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016fm odhadnout m\u00edru regurgitace chlopn\u011b nebo sten\u00f3zy, rozm\u011bry chlop\u0148ov\u00e9ho anulu, posti\u017een\u00ed vlastn\u00edch bublin, struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed etiku chord\u00e1ln\u00edho a papil\u00e1rn\u00edho svalstva a celkovou velikost lev\u00e9 komory (LK) a systolickou funkci LK 74\u201377. Echokardiografie m\u00e1 u pacient\u016f s hypertenz\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed charakter, proto\u017ee poskytuje informace o hmotnosti LK 15, systolick\u00e9m nastaven\u00ed LK, zhor\u0161en\u00e9m diastolick\u00e9m nastaven\u00ed LK a udr\u017eovan\u00e9 velikosti a nastaven\u00ed s\u00edn\u00ed (LA) 78, 79. Sou\u010dasn\u011b je pomoc\u00ed t\u00e9to intravaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed ultrazvukov\u00e9 (IVUS) techniky zji\u0161t\u011bna koron\u00e1rn\u00ed arteri\u00e1ln\u00ed porucha 80, 81. Echokardiografie umo\u017e\u0148uje testov\u00e1n\u00ed pro v\u010dasnou detekci srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt k diagnostice revmatick\u00fdch a ischemick\u00fdch kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed 82\u201384.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 MRI poskytuje informace o srde\u010dn\u00ed nekr\u00f3ze a fibr\u00f3ze v d\u016fsledku pozdn\u00edho zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm obsahem gadolinia, aspektu p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u017eelezem a charakterizaci myokardi\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk relaxometri\u00ed 73. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s CT srdce jsou v\u0161ak tato vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed mnohem dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed a mohou b\u00fdt kontraindikov\u00e1na u pacient\u016f s kovov\u00fdmi implant\u00e1ty, jako jsou \u0161t\u011bpov\u00e9 stenty, kardiostimul\u00e1tory nebo jin\u00e9 hemodynamick\u00e9 podp\u016frn\u00e9 produkty. I kdy\u017e je MRI standardem pro vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed srdce, jej\u00ed rozli\u0161en\u00ed je st\u00e1le nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 pro rozli\u0161en\u00ed chlop\u0148ov\u00fdch lalok\u016f. V \u010dl\u00e1nku popisujeme zku\u0161enosti s nov\u00fdm ov\u011b\u0159en\u00edm l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 implementace metody stabilizovan\u00fdch standardn\u00edch doporu\u010den\u00ed (NMI). Registrace CT a MR byla provedena u p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 skupiny 15 pacient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed podstoupili krani\u00e1ln\u00ed radioterapii. Nejprve je p\u0159esnost vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed odhadnuta z prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed analytick\u00e9ho vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch rozd\u00edl\u016f v anatomick\u00fdch oblastech CT a MR.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed t\u00fdmy se zam\u011b\u0159ily na variabilitu l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f v r\u00e1mci vymezen\u00ed 36, 37 a prok\u00e1zaly extr\u00e9mn\u00ed pokles variability mezi i uvnit\u0159 pozorovatel\u016f p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed MR oproti CT. V ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 konsenzu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci M\u00e9nard a kol. diskutovali o tom, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou MRI p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b pacient\u016f s rakovinou prostaty nen\u00ed vymezen\u00ed samotn\u00e9 prostaty, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e mo\u017enost odhalit intraprostatick\u00e9 l\u00e9ze ve form\u011b zlep\u0161en\u00ed 38. Na p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m a st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9m poli se v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu li\u0161ily v z\u00e1vislosti na typu analyzovan\u00e9ho cysty, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nov\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry obecn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee nov\u00e9 MR je pro vymezen\u00ed n\u00e1doru p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed 42, 43, 42. Validaci a hodnocen\u00ed jin\u00fdch registra\u010dn\u00edch metod brzd\u00ed nedostatek \u201estandardu\u201c pro registraci.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/aviatoronline.games\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/aviator-betplay-casino-1024x358.png\" alt=\"P\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed star\u00e9 verze Gate777\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p>Pln\u011bn\u00ed mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e a kone\u010dn\u00edku m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit nov\u00fd stav regulace prostaty, co\u017e vede k obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 vizualizaci. V r\u00e1mci radioterapie existuj\u00ed kompletn\u00ed standardy pro pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd kone\u010dn\u00edk a ledviny, kter\u00e9 l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed stav prostaty a sni\u017euj\u00ed riziko radia\u010dn\u00ed expozice nad r\u00e1mec PTV, ale ani tyto protokoly nezlep\u0161\u00ed variabilitu proporc\u00ed ledvin 41, 42 a pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd kone\u010dn\u00edk je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 napodobit. Nav\u00edc i p\u0159i striktn\u00edm dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dan\u00e9ho zobrazovac\u00edho protokolu m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m proporc\u00ed ledvin.
